The products fulfill the following LEED and DGNB criteria:
LEED New Construction:
- SCHOMBURG products below the LEED VOC limits and thus fulfill the requirements for adhesives and sealants. The listed products contribute to achieve one LEED credit within IEQ Credit 4.1 Adhesives & Sealants.
- Schomburg products are up to 42% recycled materials and contribute to the achievement of LEED points under MR Credit 4 Recycled Content.
- Depending on the project location, the product meets the requirements for regional materials (see production sites). The product can contribute to achieve LEED credits within MR Credit 5 Regional Materials.
DGNB Neubauversion 2009:
- The products are low solvent content and thus meet the requirements of action level 1 to 4. The products thus contribute to achieve 10 (of max. 10) criterion points within Criterion 06 “risks to the local environment”.
